Terraviso Privacy Policy

Terraviso is a mobile-first field sales CRM for managing contacts, maps, routes, activities, mileage, teams, and CRM integrations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the app, and limited technical information needed to operate and improve Terraviso.

• Account information, such as name, email address, organization name, role, and optional phone number.
• Customer and CRM information you enter or import, such as contact names, companies, emails, phone numbers, notes, tags, activities, follow-ups, groups, routes, territories, and custom fields.
• Location information used for maps, nearby search, routing, check-ins, mileage tracking, and territory workflows.
• Device contacts, only when you choose to grant permission and import selected contacts into Terraviso.
• Usage, diagnostics, crash, performance, and analytics information used to maintain and improve the app.
• Push notification tokens used to send reminders and account-related notifications.
• Subscription status and purchase entitlement information from Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card details.

How We Use Information

• Provide CRM, map, routing, search, offline sync, mileage, reporting, and team management features.
• Authenticate users, secure accounts, prevent abuse, and enforce plan limits.
• Send requested notifications, reminders, invites, and operational messages.
• Analyze app reliability, performance, crashes, and feature usage.
• Provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, and respond to requests.
• Maintain legal, security, and compliance records.

Location Data

Terraviso uses location data to show contacts on a map, find nearby contacts, optimize routes, support check-ins, track mileage, and display territory-related information. Location access is controlled by your device settings. Some features may not work correctly if location permission is denied.

Device Contacts

If you grant contact permission, Terraviso lets you select contacts to import. We do not import device contacts unless you choose to do so.

Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Terraviso, including cloud hosting, database, analytics, crash reporting, push notification, subscription management, email delivery, and CRM integration providers. These providers process information on our behalf or as necessary to provide the requested service.

CRM Integrations

If you connect an external CRM, Terraviso may sync selected records between Terraviso and that CRM according to your integration settings. You control which integration is enabled and what data is synced.

Data Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including encrypted network connections, access controls, authentication tokens, and private infrastructure for backend services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Terraviso, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. You may request deletion of your account or organization data by contacting us.

Your Choices

• You can update account and CRM information in the app.
• You can change app permissions, including location, contacts, and notifications, in your device settings.
• You can request account or data deletion at terraviso.net/delete-account/ or by emailing support@terraviso.net.
• You can disconnect CRM integrations from the app settings.

Children

Terraviso is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Use

Terraviso may process information in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. By using Terraviso, you understand that information may be processed outside your location.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.
