You can request deletion of your Terraviso account and associated organization data at any time.

- The email address used for your Terraviso account.
- Your organization or company name, if known.
- A short note saying you want your Terraviso account deleted.
What We Delete
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize account and organization data associated with the account, including:
- Account profile information such as name, email, role, and optional phone number.
- CRM data stored in Terraviso, including contacts, activities, follow-ups, groups, routes, territories, notes, mileage records, and custom fields.
- Integration records and sync metadata associated with the organization.
- Push notification tokens and app session data.
What May Be Retained
Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, billing, audit, or compliance purposes. These records are retained only as long as necessary for those purposes.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify ownership of the account, we will reply to the request email.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Terraviso account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or App Store subscription. You should also cancel any active subscription through the store where it was purchased.
